Hi, I’m Kim.
I created The Menopause Trail Guide because I wanted women to have the kind of support I wish I’d had when perimenopause hit me.
I was looking for something that felt encouraging, useful, and easy to return to—something visually beautiful, grounded in real life, and full of simple ways to feel better right away.
I couldn’t find it—so I made it.
Meet Kim Eberhard, author of The Menopause Trail Guide
Why The Menopause Trail Guide feels different.
My background in fitness, coaching, and design shaped the way I built this book.
I wanted it to feel less like a textbook and more like a steady companion—visual, encouraging, easy to follow, and genuinely useful when life already feels full.
This guide was created to help you connect the dots, understand what may be changing, and find supportive next steps without getting buried in noise.
Use what helps. Leave the rest.
Inside the guide, you’ll find checklists, quick wins, activities, and the Menopause Map.
Think of them like a menu. You may want to engage with every page, or you may skim, highlight, and come back only to what feels relevant. Both are fine.
Even if you don’t complete every checklist or activity, you still get the benefit of the information.
This guide is here to support you, not give you one more thing to do perfectly.
What I want you to feel.
I hope this guide helps you feel less confused, less alone, and more trusting of the body you’re living in today.
More than anything, I want you to close the book feeling steadier, more informed, and able to say, “Finally, this makes sense.”
